Sephora, the multinational beauty retailer, has announced the appointment of a new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for its US operations. Deborah Yeh, who has previously held senior positions at companies like Apple, Gap Inc., and Amazon, will be taking on the role effective immediately.
In her new position, Yeh will be responsible for leading Sephora's marketing efforts in the US, overseeing brand development, customer acquisition, and loyalty programs. She will report directly to the President and CEO of Sephora Americas, Jean-André Rougeot.
Yeh joins Sephora at a time of change for the beauty industry, as retailers are looking to adapt to shifting consumer behavior and preferences. Her strategic vision, business acumen and track record of leading high-performing teams will be invaluable as we continue to accelerate our growth in the U.S."
Yeh also expressed her enthusiasm for the new role, stating: "I am thrilled to join Sephora and partner with Jean-André and the talented team to drive growth and deepen customer relationships. Sephora is an iconic brand that is uniquely positioned to continue to shape the future of retail and beauty, and I am honored to be part of such an innovative company."
