OTB’s Jil Sander Appoints Luca Lo Curzio as CEO

OTB Group, the parent company of luxury fashion brand Jil Sander, has announced the appointment of Luca Lo Curzio as the new CEO of Jil Sander. The appointment comes as the company seeks to expand its global presence and increase its brand awareness.

Lo Curzio, who has over 20 years of experience in the fashion industry, has previously held senior management positions at luxury brands such as Gucci, Bottega Veneta, and Prada. He will be responsible for leading Jil Sander's growth strategy, including expanding the brand's retail footprint, launching new product lines, and enhancing its digital capabilities.

Commenting on the appointment, Renzo Rosso, founder of OTB Group, said, "Luca Lo Curzio is the right leader to guide Jil Sander's next phase of growth. His experience and expertise in the luxury fashion industry will be invaluable as we continue to build the brand's global presence."

Jil Sander, which was founded in 1968 by German fashion designer Jil Sander, is known for its minimalist and sophisticated designs. The brand has a strong presence in Europe and Asia, with flagship stores in major cities such as Milan, Paris, Tokyo, and Seoul.

The appointment of Lo Curzio as CEO comes as Jil Sander looks to expand its presence in the US market, where it currently has a limited retail presence. The brand recently opened a new store in New York City, and plans to open additional stores in key US cities in the coming years.

The appointment also follows the departure of former CEO Axel Keller, who left the company earlier this year after leading Jil Sander for three years. OTB Group has expressed confidence that Lo Curzio's appointment will help to drive the brand's growth and enhance its reputation as a leading luxury fashion brand.
